G4 user manual

looks very good and I assume once the system tutorials are created customers can just do their G4 training online at their own pace. Sure looks to be best in class but I'm no IT expert.

GSI's website is adding so much info. It must be a 3 party build. Since you need a website graphics designer, a website developer, a content manager, someone to edit volumes of text, a photo expert, etc it would likely be too complicated to be done in house. But DD did say on one of the interviews that they have some pretty smart young people fresh out of university. So who knows.
