RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deals are getting doneVery interesting take Relaxing, but the majority of your points are forward looking assuming other factors fall into place.  Most notably, an Equity Financing arrangement.

When comparing Gensource to industry peers who are involved in very similiar strategies, your $1.00 target for Gensource might be very ambitious when considering the outstanding shares of the corporation.  You are placing an almost half billion dollar valuation on a company that is currently conceptual in nature.  Fantastic business model, but as sw248 mentions - no financing, no mine, no production, and no revenue.

Offtake Agreements have little value if a corporation is unable to fullfill that committment

Debt financing is just that - basically a loan that needs to be paid back with interest. Tough sledding drawing on debt if there is no way to service those payments.

I dont believe GSP owns Innovares patented technology yet do they, as I have not seen that announcement yet?  If and when it does transpire, what is the Innovare technology?  Has it been proven in real time application?

The London listing appears to have had no sustainable positive effect to date

I agree 100% the Executive Team / Board are very experienced, and really hope that translates into a financing deal, but the current economic climate is likely not helping.

Higher interest rates, higher natural gas prices, higher shipping costs, higher material costs, supply chain issues, are all factors that can turn a once profitable venture into one that sits idle until those logistic hurdles settle down.

It would be very interesting to see an updated Feasibility Study using todays costs, as my guess is those numbers have increased substantially to that of the previous F.S.

For every Canadian junior miners sake, I really hope the economy can right itself, or it could be a while before a lot of these projects get the green light regardless of how promising they appear.
