I find your post defending yourself quite arrogant and self righteous.  You have not really answered any questions but ran around in circles in a fit of confusion.  And then you resort to calling names and throwing insults.  That truly shows your maturity and intellect level. 
Just simply and plainly answer the question for all us dimwitted, backward country folk.  We want to make some money so we can perhaps buy some fancy shoes like you wear someday.
 

I myself would like a pair of new shoes, they don't have to be fancy just comfortable, mainly because I stepped in a dogturd on my walk this morning. Hang in there it's a tough time to a financing these days.
