RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:There's Just No Pleasing Some Peoplesw248, everyone has to make a living. Some a little better than others according to page 23 and 24 of the last MIC released in April / 2022
Total compensation packages Salary & Awards in 2021 for insiders were:
$659,557
$702,883
$428,867
$428,871
Three of the four of these compensation packages doubled from 2020, so I am curious where guys like btb think this a meager living, when it looks much better than that to me
I find the strategy of insiders selling their shares into run ups, using those proceeds to exersize and convert options back into an increased number of shares, very interesting. The initial funds are provided from investors buying the insiders shares on the open market, and then that cash is directed into the companies treasury through the exersize of thoseinsider options.
That insider then recieves multiples of the initial shares sold ready for next run up and ready to repeat the cycle.
Prime example. On the 8th of June, 2022 an insider sold 500,000 shares into the open market at .27 cents. On June 13th, that same insider exersized 1 million .13 cent options converting that transaction into 1 million shares and it didnt cost them a dime while putting $130 K back in the corporate coffers.
Another insider - same dates - 375,000 shares sold into the market at .27, exersized 807,000 .13 cent options
Shazam! A couple hundred grand in the treasury, and the insider doubles their shares initially sold in a few days
Brilliant!
