Alternate Symbol(s):  AGCCF

Gensource Potash Corporation is a Canada-based fertilizer development company. The Company is focused on developing resource opportunities with a specific focus on potash development. The Company operates under a business plan that has two key components: vertical integration with the market to ensure that all production capacity built is directed, and pre-sold, to a specific market, eliminating market-side risk; and technical innovation, which allows for a modular and economic potash production facility, which demonstrates environmental leadership within the industry, producing no salt tailings, therefore eliminating decommissioning. Its projects include Tugaske Project, Vanguard Area and Lazlo Area. The Vanguard Area is 100% owned in central Saskatchewan, located 170 kilometers (km) South of Saskatoon, 150 km North-West of Regina on a provincial highway system. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GSP $700k Private Placementsw248, if there is a will, there is a way, but the markets are not exactly in any of these potash juniors favour.  Lower potash prices are definately not helping the equation, but this management team has been through the high and low cycles, so I am sure they have a plan in place.

If GSP can attract investment without dilution or consolidation that would be ideal, but half a billion shares is substantial.

I totally respect the fact that the execs of GSP have not relied on a wash, rinse, repeat consolidation plan, but at some time the discussion needs to be had.

Tomorrow Encanto Potash shareholders who have been pounded by 2 consolidations in the last 5 years will hold 5 times less shares than they held today.

The last one in May 2018 was ten times less, so it certainly could be worse..
