My thoughts

IMO the only reason for Gensource's last rise was that article across the pond by Motley fool UK and the anticipation of good news
from the company. I suspect the only reason Gensource even bothered with an update was that they were most likely inundated with shareholder
calls for some news.  Well, the news told us nothing we did not already know.  Not surprised to see the stock fall back.  Gensource now
has 400 million shares out and around another 100 million I think coming from that last acquisition.  If you take a look at the share trading
volumes on Stockwatch for the last 30 days you will see plus or minus a bit, 24 million shares traded or a little above 4% of what will be
the new float.  Most likely only new money coming in after the Motley article and they were quickly fleeced.  Been a lot of comments about
volume here.  Realistically the volume has been miniscule compared to the share count.  The company in my opinion has been less than open
about what is going on.  I don't believe in that confidentiality grp.  With out a full disclosure of what is going on with financing, this stock
is going to slip back again.  That is what happens in  avacuum of news.  No discloser suggests to shareholders that things are not going well. The Summer promise is  coming to a close.
Leaves one to wonder if another raise is coming.  The good news here is that it looks like  there is a good chance this solution mining concept will
be successful and those that hold on will be rewarded nicely.  Have seen no evidence that insiders are selling and I think their is a very very large
retail base that got in at bargain store levels and won't be selling anytime soon.  I sold in the high .30's I think. Had to pay a little Income
tax but that is OK.  If I had listened to the optimistic chatter on this board, I would have been down 40%.  Feel sorry for those that lost on this last
jump.  I won't be getting back anytime soon until the fog lifts and we see what financing does to the price. If the funding comes from another partner
that would be great, if it comes from another offer that is not something I would like to see, but could present a good buying opportunity.  Most likely
company should be looking at warrants if they go for a raise.  Unfortunately, a raise is usually sold to accredited investors which leaves the small
investor out in the cold.   Don't like being negative but think anyone new getting into the stock should see both the positives and negatives.  Too many on this board in love with the stock and can't see the forest for the trees. One last comment, why the lack of promotion.  Gave some free shares to that European company when they listed on the London stock exchange. Maybe they were responsible for the Motley article.  Very few are aware of this company.  A major promotional push is way over due.  Yes I would like this company to succeed, just frustrated whenever I see this type of approach.
