Insiders .....

It would be nice to see some insider buying at the current SP levels.  Some confidence building would be encouraging for us on the retail side.

Hey frostback, bear in mind GSP execs have been putting a TON of their own money into the company year after year, including a substantial amount here in 2022 (see below.)  Also, if GSP happens to be anywhere close to finalizing terms with the Private Equity groups, it would not be kosher for them to be buying shares too close to the deal. -> The Company announced that Amy O’Shea, Non ...more

Bobby, fair enuff.  I had not realized the promissory note details and that is interesting indeed.  It does show a good amount of faith on the behalf of Mike.

frostback, Gensource has a policy in place that would be great to see implemented by other juniors, and that is that every director must hold X amount of shares. I would have to look back but I think it was $100K in Gsp securities. I also recall this year that insiders sold shares at .27 cents into the market during the run up, and rolled that back into exersizing 1,000,000 options at .13 cents  ...more

i agree ...all their social media presentations and apparently upcoming ones are all for naught..presented a great story until they couldn't close the deal on the financing and kept leading shareholders to believe it coud...at least the shareholders can look at themselves in the mirror and feel good...

Timing is everything as they say. Sure the equity financing hasn't closed but very few financings have taken place this year. We all know it's been a difficult market and that includes for GSP also. Management has lots of skin in the game and have tremendous experience, that's good enough for me. Give them time to do the job!

Cloud.....if you look at financials over the years you can clearly see individuals have been compensated over a $million each in salary and stock option benefits on the story stock...yet shareholders have been ravaged in share price..makes you want to puke...
