RE:How would you guys respond to this negative post?....With all due respect, this comment is completely nonsensical. I'm not even sure where to start it's so incorrect.

I told readers to buy on May 24th in my first article when I listed GSV as 1 of my top 2 takeover targets for 2016. That buy recommendation has yielded those readers that followed my recommendation a 77% gain thus far in less than 3 months.

I am now telling investors to HOLD, and add on dips as most of them are in at much lower average cost and I believe we are going higher long term. I don't care nor know what direction the next 8-10% will be for this stock, but I am quite confident that the next 50% is up. Technically the stock is poised to go much higher with the daily, weekly and monthly time-frame all extremely bullish.

There is a saying "If the story changes, then you should adapt and change accordingly". In GSV's case, the story did change, and it changed dramatically for the better. My thesis in my May article was that GSV would make continued hits and eventually prove up a 3 million + ounce resource, they have since had an absolute massive hit at an area that 1 year ago did not exist, and may have uncovered a new deposit on their Railroad-Pinion property. If people were invested in GSV for the hopes of a massive hit and it being the new Carlin trend discovery and a potential new gold district, then why on earth would us investors sell out and take profit when our thesis has finally started being proven right with the most recent drill result?

As the reader below said, what is the problem with hoping for a buy out? They clearly are very successful at delineating this deposit as well as others and they continue to make discoveries, I don't see what is wrong with continuing to make discoveries and sticking with what they're doing when the last company that did this in Nevada was Fronteer Gold and saw a $2.3 billion takeover price tag.

Your analysis of the past drill results are also nowhere near the same context as these North Dark Star Drill results confirm the potential for Dark Star and North Dark Star to be connected, with a higher grade deposit to the north of Dark Star. If these two deposits connect we are looking at the potential for a high grade starter pit for the Railroad Pinion project and a potential 1.5 - 2 million ounces at the Dark Star deposits alone. Add this to Pinion with over 1.6 million ounces and North Bullion without a current resource and we're looking at a potential for 5 million ounces of gold in Nevada.

A few holes like that all over the place?

GSV has seen 4 similar results at North Dark Star all over 100 metres with very strong grades, these holes are not "all over the place".

The joke is that you're not invested in GSV and are complaining that your unfortunate investment TMM has not quadrupled this year for you. It sounds desperate when you come on here posting for us to sell our GSV to buy your TMM, if you really think that is going to help your TMM go up, I can only feel bad for you - both for your lack of intelligence and your level of desperation. It's quite obvious to see you're troubled when you're coming on here trying to convince those who have made a great investment to get out of their shares and take profit to buy up a chunk in your laggard position, just because you say so.

A real miner? You can't even compare GSV to TMM, they are nowhere near apples to apples.

You're comparing TMM which is an average gold producer ($760 all-in sustaining cash costs) with GSV, an explorer with a world-class project.

TMM has $760~ all in sustaining cash costs, while Long Canyon (another oxide resource in Nevada) has projected cash costs of $525 / oz. This is 30% lower than TMM's all-in sustaining cash costs and one of the lowest AISC in the industry. It is very likely GSV will have very similar cash costs and should be operating at under $600 AISC / oz. You can't compare a company with good all in sustaining cash costs with one that has a potential for incredible all in sustaining cash costs.

You also can't compare a miner in Mexico, with a miner in Nevada, the best mining jurisdiction in the world. Takeovers in Mexico receive buyout prices of roughly $100 / oz, takeovers in Nevada receive buyout prices of closer to $400 / oz.

Discoveries in Nevada always receive a massive premium as it is the best mining jurisdiction in the world.

Just take a look at Fronteer Gold vs. Kaminak Gold.

Kaminak Gold was in the Yukon with roughly 5 million ounces of gold at 1.7 grams per tonne gold.

Fronteer Gold was in Nevada with roughly 4.2 million ounces of gold at 2.2 grams per tonne gold.

Kaminak was acquired for $550 million dollars or $110 / oz.

Fronteer Gold was acquired for $2.3 billion dollars or roughly $550 / oz.

That is a 500% PREMIUM on price PER OZ.

How can you compare a Mexican miner with average cash costs compared to the industry with a Nevada miner with potential for lowest quartile cash costs?

You cant.

In all fairness you may think it's time to jump ship but I think the GSV ship has just left the harbor and it's smooth sailing from here out as the large discovery was just made and we've got one of the best technical teams in the world as the Captains of our "ship".

Find another group of investors to harass with your poor comparisons and desperate pleas to invest in TGD. We're sitting on a world class project that's only begun to be exploited and investors would be crazy to be taking profit here, especially as there is nothing to lose as the project is now completely de-risked with the past hits.

If GSV proves up something similar to Fronteer Gold, there's easily another 300% move possible before we reach a $2 billion market cap and that's assuming the price of gold doesn't continue it's ascent.

There's nothing wrong with TMM, it's a nice value proposition and a good turnaround story with the potential to be a nice re-rating in 2020 when Ana Paula comes online. But I wouldn't trade a single share of GSV, the top takeover target in the mining space currently for TMM - a decent miner in a mediocre mining jurisdiction like Mexico with average all-in sustaining cash costs and tons of dilution coming down the road with $150 million needed to build Ana Paula.
