Value of Gold in Ground

Value of Gold in GroundI recall a report from 2010 when I was looking at buying Kinross/Red Backs deal. I think the average paid for small juniors with a single target resource was in the 80 - 120 /oz range. I forget what gold was trading at then. If I recall corrently the Mid to Upper Tier "mine potential resources" where widely dispersed between 120 and 400 /oz. In the overpaid category from that time period Kinross overpaid by giving Red Back 7B for about 21 million ozs. (333per/oz)
I don't think 200 to 250/oz would be out of the question for GSV with good Metallurgical results but majors won't be going down the overspending path.
