RE:RE:Incentive options
Chatty, a little more digging through Sedar and you find that broker options of around
1 million shares still out at weighted average of 19 cents. Also there are warrants exercisable
between .25 and .30 cents that expire in October of this year to the tune of about 6 million.
All I see from the latest repricing is 1) "incentive" to get the price higher 2) an additional 2.3 million
options which no one will exercise anyway unless they come through on 1) and finally
you won't see those warrants exercised at .27 cents by Oct 2014 unless we get above that price.
If it gets above .27 no one here right now will care.
It is pretty clear we will add some shares to the float with any new deal coming down the line but
fully diluted excluding the 6 million in warrants and unexercised options we are still around 60 million with 10-15% in the hands of Argonaut, others in escrow and what we have accumulated.
We may really have something here beyond betting on a beaten up stock in a pillaged sector.
