I believe some time in the future, you should be able to buy back at lower prices... Although the issued share capital is very low there are no assets and no plans whatsoever. It could be another 2 years or more of waiting without management caring to inform the small shareholders of what is happening. They are running this like it is only for themselves. It will be interesting to see when shares are available for sale although as you said, your broker may be willing to sell for you now in advance on account....
