RE:Share price

RE:Share priceCdnshield2022 Its going to depend on what they do with the money, how well they execute and the price of gold.

By my calculations if all warrants are executed, Gowest gets the $19M to get things rolling. and another $23Million from the warrants once there all exercised. At that point 24+ mths from now, there are 410 M OS

They should move fairly fast to production since they are underground with infrastructure intact.

Hopefully they hit hard with the drilling and bump the resource to 2-3 million ounces.

Expect some more flow through shares to help finance the drilling and the warrant conversion to finance purchasing the mill in house

They didn't put up $40+ million for nothing. I expect there planning on pushing the underground with a goal more near 100,000 oz production sometime in 2024.

But you're probably right about going sideways for a while.

Having said all that, its hard to believe they had to do a full warrant deal.and me thinks they planned to let the price slide before the deal .

On the bright side whats the future value of GWA producing 100k OPY profitably with a 2M oz resource and $2000 gold ?  Depends on the market but that used to be $1B market cap all day long.  With a new discovery in one of the other targets Things could get real interesting.

The bottom line is can they execute, will everything go as planned.

Will be nice to see how Dan Gagnon operates.  With this cash, I expect him to hit hard on multiple fronts
