RE:RE:Gowest Gold-Things Finally Moving Forward for Gold Dev

Checmate28 my man!!....always a pleasure reading your post....i agree on most part.....Just not sure if Eric Sprott is the financial savior, i could be wrong though...if it is Sprott expect the s/p to jump in leaps in bounds(look at all companies recently he's been throwing the dart at....and....boom!!....s/p catapults)....my hunch hearing Greg our CEO mentioning refractory with the likes of Newmont and Pan American Silver, makes me wonder....as their reserves are dwindling....nonetheless, GREAT video, he shoots us straight for once and no b.s'ing us thanks to the moderator....that is the way i like it.....On another note they move next to our beer store, could mean they can crawl over now if they're wrong or it's party time if they are right(i've been betting on the latter for many many years)....GLTA

I'm not sure why some think this is high risk. Because it's refractory?
Comment by Traderfan on Aug 18, 2020 8:31am
All in all it should not be high risk at all anymore while Gold is at 2000 but then again some of us that have been around for the last 3-4 years already have seen these guys screw up any single thing that is possible to screw up so we are a bit gun shy I guess lol.  A few years ago I felt the only thing, really the only thing that could not make this a success is Gold below 1100 so one ...more

Biggreek, I first bought in 1992.  I am not sure what that says about me!

Hard to believe the company has been around that long without any success (iirc).
Comment by GOBOGOH on Aug 18, 2020 2:56pm
It started out as Gowest Amalgamated  which was purely an exploration company and was headed Mr. Bradshaw(retired).  The odds are about a thousand to 1(common believe) that an exploration will every develop a mine -- GWA has struggled greatly but it has certaintly beat the odds.

they struggled, but  don't forget the stock ran up quite abit when Tradewinds was buying the shares, because they wanted the property up at Sandy Lak next to the pealndoi larder property , Pelangio was later renamed Detour Lake and Tradewinds made a deal for the gowest property and later was taken over bt Detour lake, This property R,J, bradshaw has held for so many years, i believe the ...more

Biggreek, I do remember when it hit $1.50 -- before there were laptops and on-line trading.  I was outpocket on business trip for a few and missed that opportunity.

Most exploration companies are basically scams.
Comment by Tim2Agami on Aug 17, 2020 6:50pm
Then there's the "other math" for today for those who are a bit rusty about figgerin' Gold down 2% GWA up 6% My two cents worth anyway

All gold juniors have appreciated significantly, though Sprott would help - he has a cult like following among simple people. Suggesting he's interested is a dirty rumour!  Wonder what, consolidation? Refractory gold will have to be dealt with, and there are new processing technologies that warrant further examination.
