September 2020 Presentation

Comment by checkmate28 on Sep 08, 2020 12:01am
Been waiting for the Sensitivitys on the Feasibility study. Inpressive numbers Page 7 At $1,800 NPV = $108,660,496 IRR= 71% AT $1,950 NPV = $138,115,490 IRR  96%  Pg 14 of the presentation highlights all the new drilling since the Resource est. Its obvious there is alot of gain to be had in the Resource. With enough new ounces added, the  Feasibility can be updated. This will ...more

great timing of news release, markets about to fall off a cliff. Hoping gold is spared but probably won't be . Still... Great figures and well layed out presentation. This should at least go down less than everything else

What news release?
Comment by Traderfan on Sep 08, 2020 11:44am
@Tubgirl, there was no press release. I don't see how a gold stock like GWA has any real beta to an overall market weakness, it doesn't. Given the "interest" so far today not many seem to be blown away by the presentation. Still better than zero volume right.
Comment by JMark80 on Sep 08, 2020 9:27am
Those are pre-tax, and were already in the fact sheet.
Comment by JMark80 on Sep 08, 2020 9:30am
Like I said, old news, but can't recall last time I saw a company only release pre-tax valuations. Deduct ~40% for tax.
Comment by checkmate28 on Sep 08, 2020 6:53pm
JMark,  The tax is only on the profits so wont be near 40%. Wouldnt be surprised if they dont have carry forward losses that would negate any taxes.   Additionally, with all the extra costs 1st year there not going to show any net profit.  Just wondering where your coming from. 96% pretax IRR is outstanding. I asked them to get those sensitivitys posted and to post any info ...more

Look at pre/post tax valuations from other companies, always 35-40%. High IRR because the capex is miniscule. Exchange rate is realistic. Longer mine life is important but more important is to increase annual production. I like the project, it's small but the numbers work. I like quite a few though, and curious what could go wrong?
Comment by Traderfan on Sep 09, 2020 7:59am
This is like a dejavu all over with the permits. People saying they will be here any minute and month after month after years go by and nothing. Kinda reminds me on that other nightmare where we have been waiting for imminent permits since 2017 and still nothing yet.
Comment by Toweringmars on Sep 09, 2020 9:27am
To add to that Dejavu, isnt it interesting that they're working on infrastructure to be able to 'seamlessly' transition into production after. You know, considering we dont seem to have enough money to get things done right now, and after they pulled this same move last time and ran out of money. Running before they even walk. I just cant believe how silent they've been lately ...more

Everything is so odd here from the minute I entered this investment lol. The CEO said in the interview a few months ago that he will gladly be more open to the public and then we got months of complete silence. It would be comical if I didn't have a good amount of money in here. Now they can't get the permit, I can already see it, we all will be sitting here next march wondering where the ...more

Want news!
Comment by Toweringmars on Sep 13, 2020 9:07am
Well, it might not be the news you want, but they're no longer in their geological building. Not sure where they moved all the cores but the building sold and there's no more signs or trucks there.
Comment by Traderfan on Sep 14, 2020 8:36am
What could be the reason for that?
Comment by GOBOGOH on Sep 14, 2020 9:24am
Traderfan, No big deal - they moved because the building was being sold(as I recall).   There should be a little hustle and bustle taking place at GWA - I was just wondering if Towering had noticed anything.

GoWest relocated there office next to the beer store on Algonquin.Won't have far to go to puchase their beer for when its time to celebrate.I hear they are getting their permit this week.

GoNorth, The most important comment written in a few days and it looks like it flew over everyones head.   You Said  " I hear they are getting their permit this week."    Sounds like your serious and that your a local. Did you hear it from a good source and are you believing it?
Comment by babyofbullion on Sep 16, 2020 3:23am
Yes, but Greg already told us in the most recent Crux interview that we will get the mill permit in mid September. 1-10 early September 11-20 mid September 21-30 late september There was probably a meeting already planned for between 11-20 September when the decision was due to be made. Greg sounded extremely confident and to me it seemed he was in very good spirits in comparisson to ...more

Ok thx for clarification Gobogoh. Where are the permits? :-)
Comment by Tim2Agami on Sep 14, 2020 4:50pm
What (and how many) permits are currently anticipated? Are they for Bradshaw or Redstone? Or both. It would seem a responsible government move to expedite the permitting process so that production, leading to the forementioned tax revenues, would start streaming cash in to replenish the very hollow sounding and COVID depleted coffers of the Queen. But ah... the excuses that COVID afFords an ...more

Traderfan, The process for getting permits is interesting and complicated.  I mean, you have to get all the stakeholders on board, get agreement on the impact/benefits, get mutliple for environmental approvals, air, water, etc., etc,, etc.,  Once you get all these then and the Gov't is satisfied that all the due diligence is done and the stakeholders have been heard and agreements ...more

Hey Gob, I have not noticed the hustle and bustle but to be fair they arent on my radar that much these days. Maybe ill take a drive out to Redstone this weekend on the hunt for some birds.
Comment by GOBOGOH on Sep 14, 2020 5:48pm
Towering, I think they are digging a new tailing pond for the GWA ore.  Don't fall into it!
Comment by xoleSudsburian0 on Sep 15, 2020 9:00am
Forget Redstone, No Turkeys there to hunt.  You'll have to do your hunting south at 400-80 Richmond St W, Toronto
