When does the company plan to start production?

I have read that in 2021 the production is still supposed to start. Does the company do a reasonable IR work? I mean does it do advertising etc.?

as an old employee, I was told many things, many times that never come to fruition. Heard some not so great things and now have ZERO confidence in their ability to tell the truth.
