PR today

What do you guys make of the press release today? Trying to figure out if I should be positive about that or not if they found a buyer for a big amount of shares at .35 but why would they let them go?

Not sure what this means here but 17,777,777 shares is in both transactions. FFH paid .45 and is selling for .35.   Note FFH is the corporation who holds the mill.  My other thought is that in light of all the other uncertainty, someone would not pay this unless they knew there was a path to more than .35 per share. Its a $6.2 million transaction. Purchaser would sign disclosures and be privy to all the details. Could be a buyout attempt in the background or a deal with Cementation.  Throw your ideas out.   Lets figure this out!

I was thinking about a buyout thing as well but would the chinese give away these shares so cheap in that case? That said if you look at the market price it's not cheap .35 but in the overall picture it should be kinda even despite all the BS we have seen in the last few years. And I didn't even realize that they paid .45 for it, then it's even more puzzling.

Tubgirlkid, I can't picture Dan and gang selling bed and bath products, but you never know.

"An unknown private individual is the new purcheser. The un answered question at this point is WHY?" The question would be best answered by the party known as "Who"? Is it certain that the person is "a private indvidual"?   The purchaser is only identifed as "an arm's length third party by private agreement". which could be made out to ...more
