Blame U.S. Congress today, yesterday it was Greece, tomorrow it may be Italy.
The fact is that when Dow Jones is going down you can't expect significant rise in share price of any resource company, including good companies as GWY.
And if market takes a nose dive you may see the price even below $1, not because GWY is drilling holes in the wrong place but from simple reason there won't be buyers and some folks will need money desperately.
