Unfortunately we have somewhat limited information what GWY Management has really in mind. According to infomation available on this Bullbord, my understanding is that sale is very desirable, however the "rumor note" is talking of the spin-off. So very little solid information on the negotiations is really knowen. In my opinion the two gold projects Cal. and VETAS should be part of the same deal in order to warrant high price The VETAS report is not forthcoming simultaneously with Cal. one. In this scenario the notification of any offer detaile is not to be expected immedeately. Time will tell more.
