RE: The rights plan. I can't recall if VEN had rights plan, but after the initial offer by AUX , the shareholder rejected the offer, I remember the SP had been $12.00 plus then dropped to $8 + when the 1st offer was bid and rejected and also rejected by the B of Ds. AUX then were direct calling the SHs on the phone trying to change our minds, that is when the company reversed their oppinion for the additional pennies.
