The Deal

The Deal

What if the the last few months of news releases have been withheld because...

>they are quite good and would drive the share price up

>not what GWY wants because they have been in negotiations for quite some time to sell between $1.85 and $2.45 (an estimate we will see)

>There really is only one buyer and if they released good news the share price would rise and the hush hush deal would die.

>Yes management has a duty to look out for shareholders but in the Venture Exchange and mining stocks it seems the management with all their options and change of control clauses etc. are happy to do a deal for a lot less than what is expected on Stockhouse Bullboards as they will be well compensated and no longer involved in the project.

>At the current share price who is going to come in and offer $5.00+ a share...no gives away money.

>Some of this insight comes from being long on Trelawney and Corriente (which both got considerably less than their high point and what everyone on the board including the very smart ones who could figure and post what all the ounces in the ground are/should be worth.)

>I have a good position and have been long for quite a while, but after watching and read posts here for a long time i decided to post my thoughts.

>I hope i will be proven wrong.
