I would think the official answer is no however if they were to sign a non-disclosure agreement that would take them behind the curtain to insider status. At that point they are restricted from acting on the information but may have all or part of it in their possession. Seems kind of risky to let a few dozen landowners to have all or part of that information but who knows. Given this morning's news my bet is that it doesn't matter anymore. This was the financing that lets everything move forward.
