I'm not sure I'd characterize the negative sentiment as coming from bashers.  I have been here a long, long time and will remain until the end, but the (in)actions of managment are disconcerting.  RH will leave with 3x his salary and 3x his bonus, along with the 2.5M shares granted over the years.  Whatever the end game, RH will leave with a smile.  Now, what has he ...more

Bruner, you sound either very mad because EOM losses as many of us or you are not a share holder here any longer. I suggest if you are not accepting other opinion you should rely only on yours. if you  are not happy with this stock just get out at y our own responsibilities and no need to insult any one. I agree with cosford... no reason to withhold drill results and not attract other potential buyers.  Letting the shareholders right plan expire also makes no sense.  If Batista is willing to pay a fair amount for the resource it is not as if another buyer would stop him from bidding what he was going to pay anyway.  There is no real logic to not trying to attract ...more

the more i think about this - in order to sell california to batista gwy needs to actually own the claims.  what if drill results have to be withheld so gwy can negotiate (or renegotiate) the purchase of the claims without interference or complications.  think about it.  the original deal was to pay landowners by using a formula based upon an initial 43-101 resource.  gwy was ...more

Good question. I'm not certain. I would think the official answer is no however if they were to sign a non-disclosure agreement that would take them behind the curtain to insider status. At that point they are restricted from acting on the information but may have all or part of it in their possession. Seems kind of risky to let a few dozen landowners to have all or part of that information ...more
