AGM I would not hold my breath that a major announcement will occur at the AGM. There will probably only be 20 people there including management. It is not the time nor place to announce anything major. It leaves too much opportunity for folks to rush out and start blogging stuff.
My best guess is the most to expect is an outline of future drilling plans and an update on the staus of land claims. They would never admit any contact with prospective buyers. They will continue drilling and increasing resource estimates until we get a buyout offer.
Hopefully they will explain the rationale for four months silence and commit to keeping us better informed. If they had done that, we would not have been developing conspiracy theories about a buyout.
