I would say VET opens at .75, and trades between .70-.90c.  However the valuation is very much dependant on CBJ.  With CBJ at $1.04 today you would be looking at the higher end of that range.   The two will be compared, if you think CBJ is sitting on 3x as much gold right now then VET then the market cap should reflect that.    I think if Batista is interested, he would wait for a resource report.  He might have an internal one already prepared and I would suspect the offer would be at least $2 per share for CBJ.  Its very much in play here.
