But it only takes reading to page three of the document to see that it requires two thirds of votes cast. There are not positive votes cast for non votes. It is important not to spread misinformation.
I have not voted yet. I may decide to accept this low offer as some of my family just got hit by a super typhoon. The junior resource sector is a total train wreck and the cash could go far but it is still a pittance for a very high quality deposit. Deposits of this quality are rare and valuable. I am now undecided on how I will vote and will continue to give it some thought.
As far as the share price, if it continues to do what its doing it will stay basically flat. I hope it improves a bit and I will just unload my shares.
