Offer Closing Date

The news release says on of before Dec. 31, anyone have anything more specific than that?  Did I miss the date of the shareholder meeting somewhere....

Eike's bid for California = $2.05   Cash value per share for Victorio (giving only value for cash) = 8 cents.   Current Market Price = $2.20   Leftover For Vetas spinco and $18mm in cash = 7 cents.....Or more importantly $10mm   Yes, that's right folks, Vetas is trading for 56% of our cash value!  Amazing.  So let's see, we have at least a million ...more

If you are so impressed with vetas why are you concerned about the end of december galway shareprice? Seems you would want to collect your shares and hold on.  What is your agenda?
