$543 THOUSAND DOLLARS OWING Sept 10 THIS YEAR !!! ??Were the RECENT ( May 28, 2018 ) private placement participants given a " heads up " about this settlement which must have been in the works and knowledge of Geroux before the PP ??
SO the private placement participants just paid OVER HALF of their investment $$ dollars to settle Geroux's litigation DEBT for FREE ..instead of being used for ACQUISITION/SHAREHOLDER VALUE purposes...lmfao !!
May 28, 2018 private placement of 20 MILLION , .05 CENT shares " NETTED " ( $ 985 thous GROSS - less $75 thous & 120,000 5 cent shares finder's fee ) about $ 900 thousand to Geroux ...LESS $ 543 thousand to settle a long outstanding dispute ( HOW CONVENIENT ..lol )... Leaves Geroux with ONLY $ 450 thousand.... pretty much just pays employees salaries !!
July 4 THIS YEAR ! Geroux then issues 2 MILLION .065 options good for 2 years ... doesn't show very much confidence in the company AND ALL OF THE ABOVE is probably why
DIRECTORS QUITTING !!
The stock market is a crazy place..... but at the moment Geroux is not much more then a .05 cent and hopefully under , GAMBLE !!
