Goldsource Mines To Conduct $8.0 Million Bought Deal, Consol

Goldsource Mines last night announced that it will be conducting an $8.0 million bought deal financing through that of Cormark Securities and Sprott Capital Partners. The company concurrently announced that it also intends to conduct a share consolidation following the close of the financing.

Given the inability of the price to move up even in light of excellent news, it was coming. Hopefully this will be the last consolidation and the price can gain momentum once it is confirmed.
