RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What moron bought this today............The amazing thing is if anybody does any DD on this guy, they should look for a successful track record?  What comes up on a Google search?  Is he a well networked guy working with more than one company?  How's his street rep? What can you come up with here that makes you go "sure I'll give you money" ?  If they come anywhere close to raising $2M it'd be a sure sign of the apocalypse.  They have no property and a bad track record.  How can you be sure CEO isn't paying himself excessive fees? They have over $1M in debt on the books, is a new funding simply gping to pay off debts? How can you be sure there won't be another rollback a year from now? There is no shortage of cleaner, less risky places to put ones money.  One can only hope the people writing cheques for private placements are smart enough to do a little research.
