and now that Health Canada has made it almost impossible now to get a new LP license as a producer without spending millions and millions of dollars up front to build your facility and have all the excutives and key staff both RCMP and Health Canada secutiry cleared... any older LP's are now in the cat bird seat.. staring at all the other canaries on the outside.
