RE:Who is the the PRIVATE buyer at .10 cents - Hank Payments
Here is my speculation on this...
The price that Uptempo paid for the Hank shares still isnt clear to me but I believe it is in the range of .80-1.00. My guess is that they took part in those 2 Debenture Financings Aug 29, 2022 and March 10, 2023. to effectively average down their ACB.....(question is do they have to file early warning if the participated in the debenture financing or do they have to file an early warning once those debentures are converted to shares?)
Mike Hilmer and Jason Ewart are principles in Uptempo Inc and still have large holdings in Hank Payments with Hilmer continuing to add in the open market.
Financials for a micro stock are better than alot of small cap & Mid cap issuers and the share structure is far less diluted at this point.
Also....who owns the 3,142,500 warrants that were repriced from $1.00 to .075 cents? https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!HANK-3397712/C/HANK Those were issued on Oct 18, 2021 about the same time Uptempo acquired their shares in Hank Payments. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/uptempo-inc-announces-acquisition-shares-211600524.html
___________________________________________________________ Good question !
But a better question is why is Uptempo selling ? and guess who is the CEO of Uptempo ? None other than Mike Hilmer, the CEO of Hank. So why is the CEO of Hank selling if things are so rosy at the company ????
