Anybody else notice that as soon as ...... 14 cent shares get offered up (no matter what the sizing is), someone comes in a scoops it up. Then back away and waits for more 14 cent sellers to show their hand. Rinse and repeat.
HAR is being accumulated here. Just need a bit of sentiment change and HAR should be ready to launch.
