EXPLORATION PLAN vs EXPLORATION PERMIT

EXPLORATION PLAN vs EXPLORATION PERMIT Mining Act Requirements Drilling that uses a drill that weighs less than 150 kilograms requires an exploration plan. Drilling that uses a drill that weighs more than 150 kilograms requires an exploration permit.

Above excerpt is from - Ontario mining act.

There are numerous - small portable drill rigs  - on the market that would accommodate a junior explorer in which to test the host rocks without the need of a drilling permit.

I myself, would love ot see a junior " purchase " their very own small portable dril lrig and
with the aide of a RXF mineral analyzer - pretest their best zones prior to bringing in the big
drill rigs -  such would allow for added news releases - make it more exciting.
