Goldy, maybe you can explain some interesting points from

last financial statements.

You say they are going to explore but... how?
Cash ... $120K
Accounts Payable ... $602K
(and that was as of last Nov 30th !)

Yet for a 3 month period they paid management fes of $36,000 ?? Was that a typo?
And they paid $12,000 to "Robert Neeld" a relative of the President ... for what?!?!
And they paid $10,920 in rent but the listed company "Office" address turns out to be a luxury residential condo near the water in downtown Vancouver?!?

and then there was this ... "The Company reimbursed the president and director $21,840 (2019: $21,840) for shared office premises."

And there was an additional $5500 paid of "Office and Miscellaneous"?!?!?

Don't worry, nobody here expects you to be willing to explain any of this...

Yes drilling season is soon, just not for Hawk - how can they pay for drilling if they have over $600,000 in Accounts Payable but only $120K in funds?  And just so we are clear here, that lopsided situation is as of AFTER they got their last $0.025 financing back in October !
