Much sooner than '09 or '10... See T.PLS for the 'path'. No 'substantial [shipping] rates', yet 8.00+ (with more shares FD) and ~4.85 IPO WAY BEFORE construction even began. I do agree sales contracts will bump it up...again, MUCH SOONER than '09 or '10...
2008: "Trial mining phase" means 'production' will begin and the construction of the loadout facility will have been COMPLETED by the time of production...otherwise no '2008: "Trial mining phase"'
PLS was trading at ~27x projected earnings per share (~8.00) as construction was being completed and production beginning earlier (a few months ago) this year.
Expect ~4.00 by initial construction... the market will as the shares still arent trading in large volume (not many want to sell).
Its almost August now. Enviro to be submitted any day now...
Build it, the contract(s) will follow.
