takes a multitude of years to complete. Without a doubt the price of oil will be back at $100 or more per barrel by the time they are able to ship any LNG. They will begin but where it starts first, Kitimat or Prince Rupert is a tough one. One way or the other HBK will be able to supply either or both projects. It's a poker game as to who and when they expose their hands first.
