Lets see here Mickey. No contract yet and PETRONAS waiting for the Enviro permit. It has been stated several months back that HBK had a considerable amount of aggs near the load out facility. Now I suppose if you were running the operation you would have a full crew at the site being paid and a "case of rum" to amuse yourselves. I would think that Vic has done what a prudent manager would do going with the minimum until such time as contract or contracts occur. This PP is going to assist Vic doing just that.
