One being the aboriginals inability to make a decision. While that was going on again unfortunately the economy took a tumble because of the price of oil. Now that oil is slowly recovering HBK is being held back waiting for the LNG groups as well as numerous other projects holding out. HBK has the resource and lets face it the excellent potentials to utilize it. April is just around the corner.
