re:Petronas and its FID....

re:Petronas and its FID....
An article appeared in on one of last week's NP.  Info from interview with Petronas.  Petronas indicated that it was still positive on the project, but, they will now have to do a full review of the actual project build(to include the move of portions from Lelu to Ridley) and they are especially wanting to carefully look at world LNG supplies and demnd.  The latter concern seemed to come with a need to determine whether a start now would be best changed to a delkayed start.

Also have read that Shell has the Ridley Island property and it is willing to accomodate a deal with Petronas to facilitate Petronas relocating some structure and function from Lelu.  Shell also has their Kitimat location ready to go whenever they decide to.

There is the potential for two LNG plants, both of which are larger reather than smaller.  All we can do is wait for the big companies to do their homework and hope they go for a near term FID, at least one.  Petronas still is the best bet.  Don't ask ,"Why?"

Just from what has come my way, board [postings as well.
