First Helium Inc. (First Helium) is a Canada-based helium exploration and development company with properties in Northern and Southern Alberta. The Company is focused on exploring and developing two helium projects in Alberta, Canada. The Worsley Helium Project in northwestern Alberta is an advanced-stage project covering 60,000 acres. It holds First Helium's helium discovery well and two oil wells. The Southern Alberta Helium Fairway Project (Lethbridge) covers over 276,000 acres. Over 60% of First Helium's acreage has three-dimensional (3D) seismic coverage for identifying subsurface structures and closure necessary for trapping helium.

RE:RE:Delays in the disposal well. Yeah Im sure anything that guy says is stock/que card quality and he'll say a bunch without really saying anything while confirming nor denying nothing. I'm not sure if their hiding anything or if they are just really working to finalize the water disposal issue and come out with a plan to release a quality NR. If they think their investors are complete idiots and have no respect for any of us or their reputations than they might be trying to hide something. Probably what is the case is that they ran into snags on the water disposal approval process, are rectifying it and want to wait until they can report it is done before releasing news. Hopefully they report on their oil output, plans for getting their helium to market and any potential winter drilling program at the same time. I will say they ain't doing themselves any favours by taking so long to provide an operational update though.
