what really happens at an agm

what really happens at an agmin reality not much but the format goes like this.  the scrutineer which is the transfer agent advises the chairman of the meeting that  quorum has been met then they got through the 4-5 items to be voted on which are approved by 90-95 per cent of the shareholders even when the board is thinking up the joint like here.  This process takes about 4 minutes, then the formal part of the meeting is over and in most cases the president then gets up does some kind of power point presentation, takes a few questions and that is that.

in most cases the number of non company shareholders is a handful at best

hopefully is someone does go to the meeting they can post any update on one of the message boards.
