The stock is under valued. It's gotten this low with very little help from mangment to help bolster it however.
I do think someone else at the helm wouldn't be a bad thing.
If there were no competitors then it would be tough to gauge their performance but with what they have compared to the others and still having the lowest SP you can only blame management.
