After the appraisal is when the party will start !!

Those wells are worth a lot.   The market cap of heli reflect only the gas well and the pipeline assets basically.   I think those two prodding wells that will be appraised are worth almost today's market cap.

so , they pretty much have 2x the assets value than the market cap.

Not including cash on hands and cash from exercise of warrants (about 17M$) when it happens.  But all warrants are in the money now , so that's really good.
Not including revenues from the wells. maybe 1.5-1.8M a month when the second well comes online
so lowball 1.5M x12 = 18M of revenues.  Or 18 cents a share fully diluted.  (Rough numbers) and we're just getting started lol.

And the biggest Not included, future growth.  They are planning to drill more wells and it looks like they know where to tap in that reservoir.

In summary , 18 cents a shares ( growing with every new well containing oil or gas ) plus a potential 50M in assets ( growing with every new well containing oil or gas ) plus warrant money 17M man , this is almost half price at 52 weeks high !!

the future is bright in my opinion   , good luck to all

i spent 5K at $0.25 and another 5K at.50 .i'm blended in at .375 which is the same as you . I hope I'm wrong but I'm not getting a warm feeling as now I'm seeing banner ads for the company and this is great talk about the oil but this is a helium company supposedly and the helium percentage is extremely low .  I don't understand if there was oil in these wells that was ...more

it doesn't sound like you've done a lot of due diligence. 1.3 %  helium is very good. Check out the results of the other helium companies and historical averages. Was the price of oil $110 when they acquired the property? No and you can only expect 1 in 5 to be oil. They got "lucky" with 1-30 and are taking advantage of the current oil price to provide income and cash ...more

Valid observation IMO.  After looking at the Worsely fairway, the people who are the company, their development success. The fact helium is so expensive it doesn't take a lot of it to be profitable.  I think because Worsley is eighty percent Ng and twenty percent oil, it wasn't lucrative enough at the time for who ever sold it.  Ng for a decade was very low priced and not ...more

I should have said, thought to be 20% oil and 80% Ng.

really, not to many penny stocks actually producing anything but hot air, so congrats on getting in early. Total Helium I believe has won the prize for being the first public company to sale some helium allbeit a small amount. Dme and rhc still fumbling around. yeah cash is king. Good day and good luck
