I never said that, I simply said that I'd be surprised to see it happen.

Look, the last time all the takeover talk happened was when they sucked Telular into buying the wireless cell phone business and they flogged off the GPS tracking business for a huge loss of money. That was when CSI Wireless became Hemisphere GPS and all of a sudden they were a "pure play" GPS company...and a prime takeover candidate. It was the talk of most of the analysts how HEM was now one of the very few publicly traded GPS companies, with no baggage. And, it never happened. I think it was probably a better takeout candidate back then than it is now.

However, just to fuel your fire...look up Raven Industries...I always thought they would be a buyer, if anybody.
