RE: RE: RE: RE: SOME QUICK HEM NUMBERS I think they want to see the numbers before saying the shares are worth more. At 0.60c, they're saying the company is worth about 36 million. That is rather surprising considering their revenue for their core business is probably going to be in the 60+ million range, and probably profitable into 2013. Even at 0.8x sales, they would be valued at 48 million, or 0.80c.
Not sure how they came up with 0.60. I think they are just throwing in the towel and want to be done with it. Hopefully RH can prove everybody wrong...
Consider: He did a great job of selling Outback to CSI in the first place, at a high price.. so we know he's a good salesguy. If we wants to tell HEM, he'll get top dollar I'm sure.
Consider: He has millions of HEM shares... he wants more than anyone to see the share price go up, much more than SK probably wanted
Consider: He built Outback from the ground-up.. and he knows the PrecAg business better than anyone
Consider: They are moving from a relatively high-cost region (Calgary) to low-cost (Kansas).
Final thing to consider - the markets always look forward. These will be a few tough quarters, no doubt. But going into late 2013, 2014, 2015.. you can see potential for huge EPS growth now that they will have their costs under control. Growing EPS & revenues and holding the line on expenses typically means a huge increase in share price.. but investors will need to be patient.. It's not going to happen overnight. Sad that it's taken so long.. but maybe HEM will end up being a decent investment afterall.
In any case, I don't think there is much point selling at these levels. May as while either ride it down to 0 (doubtfull), or hang on for future rewards. JMHO
