Thoughts
But what if aspire destroy the data or manipulate it, so that it is unusable? Has anyone verified that the data are intact, because if that is the case, this whole thing is pointless? Does anyone have information they can share.

rather, it is not the data itself that is needed, but the encryption algorithm

okay, so thats not completely good then, because that encryption key can be destroyed or corrupted no?

What if Makofka and Wood destroy the encryption key and then say it was corrupted, etc. How do we know that Hemostemix will be able to get the key back even if they win the case? Okay, there are a lot of unknowns here, maybe I need to rethink this a little.

Thx for the link Power, I think if this is going to take a year at trial, then maybe I got way in over my head thinking this would end quickly. A bit dissapointed, but I really hope Hemostemix win this!

if you find the necessary information and weed out unnecessary trash then this is a useful resource, if you do not understand this then ok :)

Or, what if we get granted a summary judgment in February or some kind of deal is reached? Both sides are dug in, leading many to believe the science is real. However, neither side has the cash for this to go on too long. I remain confident that the case leans heavily in Hems favor.
