I agree and do feel bad for the large shareholders here...I used to own in excess of 500K shares and I’m currently down to 20K. The company is not sharing anything with its shareholders...call me what you want, but a company that can’t pay the auditors and late 4 times on filling is not one I trust with $20,000. I rather loose an opportunity than all my money.

Just warning you. When they are not able to raise any money to keep the operation going, it’s game over. Anybody can advertise new products. You can do that with a shopify site for 34.99 a month.
