The beauty of what is happening with High Tide is a perfect storm of opportunity. Valuation that is not pie in the sky, assets of value with colossal expansive potential, US penetration, small but POSITIVE EBITDA, little pomp and pageantry from management. This is a jewel in the rough has yet to be discovered. Think about this for a second, if we see loosening in US legal front, how attractive would HITI be to an MSO to bolt on. Immediately accretive asset with largest retail footprint in Canada. The merger\acquisition potential here is vibrating and when listed on the Nasdaq will garner serious attention.
