This is all due to every quarter having results from more sales outlets than each preceding Q..
It is a frustrating headache that the share price is being held down by the fact it is on the Venture which keeps many buyers on the sidelines while shorts can influence the pressure down with no
concerns.
For now I don't tink there is much point in moving up to the TSX as many of the larger funds won't look at a stock until it reaches a certain price point, so it may be more costly for little gain. Keep in mind we are already on the Nasdaq. I think Raj mentioned he is meeting with various investors to educate them, if there were insitutuions ready to buy if we we move to the TSX I'm sure Raj would have made the move, perhaps they are in discussions now. As we double the store count in Ontario and the weaker competition fade at the same time our revenue will approach 1B in pretty short order. That is without any major catalysts! More impressivle is Raj and team are doing this without dilution and debt, that is remarkable, and shows discipline, something that is lacking in a sector that has been spending like drunken sailors. Literally some have move to selling beer to stay in business! HITI still remains a hidden gem for the most part, with price compression and failing LPs desperate to sell an oversuppied market just feeds into the discount model Raj has set up as they compete to get on our shelves. I would not be surprised to see HITI with 15% of the market share in Canada by end of fiscal, as CGC and Tilray continue to lose market share. The same setup will work in the US, only 10x the sales, very exciting, and everything just compounds the profit, and thats all before Raj decides the market is thinned enough and raises prices to further deepen the profit margins. Partnerships are already in place in Germany, just waiting on the pillar 2 rules to be disclosed. The revenue growth in the next 2 years is staggering and we will be compounding profit margins all the way along while the competition struggles to find a path to profitabiity. HITI is a hidden beast of an opportunity imho!
