Another Kamala public comment to reform Cannabis

Kamala stresses the importance for DEA to pass reform asap. She and Biden are both seeing themselves slipping in the voting polls and they know many Americans want not just reform but full legalization. Dems are finished if they don't pass reform before elections. My guess is they will pass it just before elections (Aug to Oct sometime) so it's fresh in voters minds that the "dems" were the ones who made it happen.
